Residential housing development project

The project involves an area of about 5 hectares and includes 80 houses of 65 sqm with garden and private parking space. In a large green area are foreseen shops, a swimming pool and a restaurant.
The land is bordered by a property of pine forest, extended for,approximately, 4 hectares. The area property is located near by a vast sandy shore of white sand, visible in the header of this webpage. The sea is about 400 m. and is within walking distance.
